We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at our office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary range:

$1150 - $1350 /week

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or office.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct departments or personnel.
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Manage scheduling appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
