Entry Level Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Coordinate marketing materials and product presentations.
• Conduct market research and gather data on competitors, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Help organize and manage marketing events, promotions, and initiatives.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance and other key metrics.
• Maintain marketing databases and assist in content creation for newsletters and email marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing marketing files, and managing calendars.
• Assist in updating the company’s website and other marketing platforms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
