We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support issues in a prompt and friendly manner.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the company database to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide up-to-date information to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone demeanor.
  • Strong listening skills to accurately understand customer needs and provide tailored assistance.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while engaging with customers on the phone.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.

$850 - $1150week
