We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and creating a warm and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition, allowing them to engage effectively with diverse individuals.. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
