Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with clients to define event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and venues.
- Create detailed event plans and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee event logistics, including catering, transportation, audio-visual needs, and attendee registration.
- Manage on-site event operations, coordinating staff and volunteers to ensure flawless execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
